Our prices are very competitive and offer tremendous value for money. We pride ourselves on tailoring UrbanChill packages to meet your unique needs.
1 hour - £65
2 hours - £60 ph
3 hours or more - £55 ph
Regular - £45 ph
Standard prices are based on the total number of hours per booking and are per Chiller. Travel is included within Central London’s Zones 1 – 3. For travel outside this area please ask for pricing details.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Changes to your booking
You can reschedule your booking at any time giving a minimum of 48 hours notice with no charges incurred.
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 20% charge on your total quoted rate.
There may be additional charges if your booking includes travel costs.
Cancellation of your booking
You may cancel your booking with a notice period of 72 hours (or 3 working days) without incurring any charge.
A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations if less than 72 hours notice is given.

Travel
Depending on the location of the booking there may be additional travel costs. These will be quoted to you prior to your confirmation.
Chiller Health & Safety
Each Chiller should have access to drinking water (Chilling is thirsty work!) and toilets.
Reasonable breaks will be allocated by our Lead Chiller within the parameters of any specific requests of your booking.
A full day booking includes a 1 hour lunch break plus 2 x 15 minute breaks per Chiller.
Payment terms
We will invoice you after the event and payment must be made within 14 days by BACS or cheque (full details on your invoice).
